Jobcase

During the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jobcase aimed to support blue-collar workers facing sudden unemployment, offering guidance on jobs and safety. While they had an active blog, they needed fresh, timely content to keep up with rapid changes.

As a content writer, I pitched article ideas in weekly Zoom meetings, researched topics, and interviewed employment law and occupational safety experts. My articles were SEO-friendly and aligned with Jobcase’s tone and style.

I also worked with Jobcase developers to create the company’s first job search mobile app. As the lead writer, I crafted UX and microcopy that made navigation seamless. Using a concise, conversational tone, I helped strengthen brand loyalty and connect with Jobcase’s core audience, the blue-collar worker.
